A New Leaf

Welcome to The Crossvine, an active new community in Schertz, TX. Our beautiful, Texas-heritage homes are backed by winding, thoughtfully landscaped hike and bike trails that break for pocket parks and greenery before finally coming to rest at our amenity center. With plans for shops, restaurants, and neighborhood offices intertwined with community spaces and varied housing options, there's room for everyone to grow here. We’re proud to be Schertz’s first and finest master-planned community, and we welcome you to come and share it with us.
