A New Leaf

Welcome to The Crossvine, an active new community in Schertz, TX. Our beautiful, Texas-heritage homes are backed by winding, thoughtfully landscaped hike and bike trails that break for pocket parks and greenery before finally coming to rest at our amenity center. With plans for shops, restaurants, and neighborhood offices intertwined with community spaces and varied housing options, there's room for everyone to grow here. Meet Lorrie Gutierrez, Lifestyle Director

Being a Lifestyle Director can sometimes feel like a roller coaster of activity, but, thankfully, that’s Lorrie’s specialty. In her role, she brings The Crossvine community’s families together, creates an atmosphere of fun and builds a sense of pride among the residents.

Community Culture

Throughout The Crossvine community, you will find timeless, classic adventure novels at our outdoor lending libraries next to select mail kiosks. Residents are encouraged to explore and make a selection for the whole family to enjoy.

Relax and Refresh

At The Crossvine’s amenity center, you’ll find a modern-style resort pool, alongside a small children’s pool, for residents to cool off and relax in. Whether you want to lay out and tan or take a dip in the clear waters, you won’t have to go very far to soak in the Texas sun.

Soak in the Nature

Go on a quiet walk, plan a picnic, or take the kiddos out to play at the nearby Schertz Heritage Oaks Park or at one of the Pocket Parks scattered throughout our community. Breathe in the fresh air and escape, without having to go far from home.
